Educational vacations are permitted for up to five days per school year. Please fill out the form below and send it to school with your child about a week to ten days before the trip. If you go to the beach bring us some sea shells! And if you are going to Disney you have to promise to tell Tigger that I said hello!

Effective immediately, all volunteers will need the following clearances to chaperone ALL field trips:
Just to clarify the FBI Clearance is not necessary only the Act 151(child abuse) & Act 34(criminal) are needed to work classroom parties or volunteer at various school events. It is only needed for field trips.
- Act 34 Clearance
$10 payable online with credit card; most applicants (those with "no record") will get an immediate response to their online application which can be printed for your records. - Act 114 FBI Clearance
$28.75, payable online with credit card. You must register first by either phone (1-888-439-2486)Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or online (www.pa.cogentid.com). Take your registration number to a fingerprinting center. These centers are listed online and include the UPS Store at Rainbow Shopping Center in White Oak or the AIU in the Waterfront. - Act 151
Print and complete the online form; mail in with $10 money order.
